Agile management: Scrum and Kanban
Predictive methods work when the scope is stable, but in projects with changing requirements they fail because of their rigidity. This course teaches you to manage projects with an agile approach from start to finish: you will master the Agile Manifesto, the full Scrum framework (roles, events and artifacts), estimation with story points and planning poker, Kanban flow with WIP limits, the metrics that reveal the health of a team and an introduction to scaling with SAFe and LeSS. It is the second course of the Professional Certificate in Project Management, focused on management rather than technical development.
