Terms of use
Version 2026-10-05 · In force since 5 October 2026
These terms govern the use of EduRails, the online learning platform provided by 3XA ECOM LLC, a company established in the United States (407 Lincoln Rd STE 708, Miami Beach, FL 33139, USA). You accept them, together with the privacy policy, when you continue on your first sign-in to the platform; we keep the version and the date of that acceptance. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
The service
EduRails lets organisations (training centres, academies and companies) offer courses to their adult learners, with progress tracking, assessment and certificates. It includes a catalogue of Valfiguer courses and the private courses each organisation creates.
In this version the service is free: we charge you nothing to use it. If paid features ever exist, we would tell you first and nothing would be charged without your express agreement.
Your account
You are responsible for what is done with your account. Use real data, do not share your sign-in codes and let us know at privacy@edurails.com if you think someone has accessed it.
EduRails is only for people aged 18 or over. When you create your account you confirm that you are 18 or over; if you are not, you may not use the platform and we will close the account. Organisations may only sign up adults.
Organisations
If your account belongs to an organisation, that organisation manages your access, can see your progress and results within its courses and decides which features are enabled (for example, leaderboards or the AI tutor).
Each organisation is responsible for the content of its private courses and for having a legitimate basis to sign up its learners.
Acceptable use
You may not: harass or bother other people; post illegal or offensive content or content that is not yours; try to access other people's or organisations' data; cheat in assessments or leaderboards by automated means; or interfere with how the platform works.
We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, notifying the relevant organisation.
Content and intellectual property
The courses in the Valfiguer catalogue, the EduRails brand and the software belong to their owners. You may use them for your learning; you may not copy or redistribute them.
What you write (notes, answers, messages) remains yours; you allow us to store and display it within the service for the sole purpose of providing it to you.
AI tutor
The AI tutor generates automatic answers from the course content. It can be wrong: check anything important against the lessons or with your teacher. It does not replace your teachers' assessment or judgement.
Certificates
Certificates show that you completed a course on EduRails and can be verified with their code. They are not official qualifications unless the issuing organisation expressly says so.
Availability and liability
We do our best to keep EduRails running without interruptions, but there may be downtime for maintenance or incidents. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service. None of this limits your rights under consumer law.
Leaving
You can close your account whenever you want. You will have 30 days to change your mind; after that we will delete your account as explained in the privacy policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. Every version is dated; if a change is significant we will ask you to accept it again before you keep using the platform.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
