For institutions
Your institution teaches. EduRails makes it easy.
A space of its own for your school, academy or company: your courses and the global catalogue, your groups and teachers, and certificates anyone can check.
The problem
Courses live in one place, grades in a spreadsheet and certificates in PDFs nobody can check. Teachers lose hours stitching pieces together and learners don’t know what to do next.
The solution
EduRails brings it all together in one organisation per institution: what is taught, to whom, how each group is doing and what each person has earned. What is private to your institution is only seen by your institution.
What’s included
Cohorts and groups
Organise learners into groups or intakes and assign them courses and learning paths.
Teacher dashboard
Progress by group and by person, exams and who needs help, without exporting anything.
Your own catalogue and the global one
Publish private courses only your institution sees and combine them with the EduRails global catalogue.
Verifiable certificates
Every certificate carries a code that never changes and can be checked on this site.
For adults only
For people aged 18 or over, with minimal data, nothing public unless your institution decides so and no third-party tracking inside the platform.
STEP integration
For schools that manage work placements with STEP: training and follow-up talk to each other.
Passwordless access
People sign in with a code by email, or with Google or GitHub. Signing in with your school account (SSO) will come later.
Coming soon
AI tutor
A tutor that answers questions about the course being taken. Coming later.

Frequently asked questions
What is an organisation in EduRails?
It is your institution inside the platform: its learners, its teachers, its private courses and its certificates. Nobody outside sees what is inside.
Does it cost anything?
Not during the launch. The platform does not ask for bank details.
Can we publish our own courses?
Yes. Private courses are only visible to your institution, and you can combine them with the global catalogue.
Can we sign up learners under 18?
No. EduRails is only for people aged 18 or over: each person confirms it the first time they sign in, and the institution undertakes to sign up adults only.
Which languages is it in?
Spanish and English. Everyone chooses their own language.
