Planning, costs and risk management

A project without a realistic plan for scope, schedule and cost is a promise nobody can keep. In this course you will learn to build that plan from start to finish: you will define the scope with a WBS, estimate effort with analogous, parametric and PERT techniques, build the schedule and calculate the critical path, prepare the budget and its baseline, and control performance with earned value management (EVM). You will also master the full risk management cycle and get a practical introduction to quality and procurement. It is the third course of the Professional Certificate in Project Management.
