The overview shows learners active in 7 days, courses completed, certificates issued, active cohorts, pending invitations and activity over the last 8 weeks.

In Members you search and filter by role and status, change roles, suspend or reactivate and remove people, one by one or in bulk. The institution always keeps at least one active owner.

In Invitations you invite by email (up to 50 at a time) with a role and cohort. They expire after 7 days; you can resend them (the previous link stops working) and revoke them.

1. Export the list from your spreadsheet: comma or semicolon separated, UTF-8 or Windows-1252.
2. Upload it in Import CSV and choose which column is the email, name, role and cohort.
3. Review the rows: rows with errors do not block the valid ones.
4. Confirm and download the result report.

The SSO screen prepares sign-in with the school account (Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID). Until it is available for your institution, your people sign in with an email code, Google or GitHub.

In Cohorts you create groups (a class, a year group), set their dates, activate or deactivate them, assign teachers and manage their learners.

In Catalog you choose which Valfiguer catalog courses and programs your institution offers. If you stop offering one that people are taking, they stop seeing it, but their progress is kept and comes back when you offer it again.

In Certificate you set the issuer, signer, title, logo, color and footer of new certificates, with a preview. Certificates already issued never change.

In Features you turn the community, gamification and the AI tutor on or off. Anything Valfiguer has not enabled for your institution is locked.

For the AI tutor you also decide whether messages are sent pseudonymised (without names) to the provider. Turning it off removes it for all your learners at once.

Moderation receives reports about your institution’s activity. You can hide (it disappears for everyone) or dismiss. Every decision is recorded in the audit log. The rules are in the community guidelines.

Your institution is the controller of its learners’ data and Valfiguer is the processor. Privacy and DPA shows the status of the data processing agreement; Valfiguer records it.

If one of your learners exercises their right of access or erasure, from the person’s page in Members you can request their export or erasure.

In Settings you change the name, email language, time zone, contact, logo and brand color. The color must be readable (AA contrast); otherwise it is rejected.

Usage and limits shows seats (members plus pending invitations), private courses and storage against your limits. EduRails is free in this version: to raise a limit, write to Valfiguer.
