Teacher guide
This guide is for people who teach: teachers with the teacher role in their institution (admins and owners also see the teaching panel). Everything you see belongs to the active institution; if you teach at two, switch in the selector at the top.
Your cohorts
Teaching lists the cohorts assigned to you, with their active learners and average progress. Open one to see each person, their courses and their last visit.
Cohorts are created and assigned to you by your institution’s admin.
Follow-up and learners at risk
Each learner’s page shows their progress per course, their quizzes and exams and their recent activity. Each cohort flags who has not signed in for days or has fallen behind, so you can reach out in time.
Exams and their integrity
Next to each exam result you will see the tab switches and resumes recorded during the attempt. They are signals, not proof: use them to talk to the person, not to fail them automatically.
Reports
Reports gives you the overall picture: active learners, courses completed and certificates per cohort and per course, with activity over recent weeks.
AI-generated questions
If your institution has AI turned on, you can ask for a draft set of questions about a lesson. You always review and edit them before using them; nothing is published on its own.
Community and moderation
If your institution has the community turned on, learners’ reports go to the admin’s moderation queue. As a teacher you can also report anything that breaks the community guidelines.
On your phone
On your phone there is a reduced version of the panel (Teaching on mobile): your cohorts, who is at risk and each person’s page. Everything else opens the desktop version.
